Our legislation for Slip and Fall immunity is scheduled to be voted upon by the full House of representatives on Wednesday, December 7th. We need every proprietor to call their House representative before December 7th and tell them to vote“YES” on House Bill #1891. The trial lawyers are asking for a negative vote so we cannot sit back and expect it to pass without active support from all the proprietors. REMEMBER THAT THIS BILL IS TO PROTECT YOU!
